She did an incredible job setting up the venue EXACTLY how we discussed and was on top of everything at the reception. I didn't have to think or worry about anything that night because she was right there on side guiding us before I had to even think about what was happening next. We only had them for the day of our wedding so I can't even imagine how incredible they would be if we had them through our whole planning process. After choosing two different locations for our ceremony and reception venues, my partner and I decided we would need a day-of coordinator to oversee set-up at the reception site. We had no idea that when hiring Lindsay, we were getting much more than someone to arrange the party favors and direct the catering staff. In the months prior to the wedding, Lindsay walked us through the planning process and provided us with creative ideas for vendors, food and decoration. She made herself available to us in person and via phone/email, contacted all of our vendors, and met with us twice prior to the wedding to talk logistics and pick up decor. On the day of the wedding, Lindsay oversaw every aspect of the reception and stayed throughout to ensure that we had the best experience possible. She is professional, excellent at multi-tasking, and very detail-oriented. She is also easy to work with and genuinely invested in creating the perfect day for her clients. Booking Lindsay with In Her Shoes Coordination was by far the best decision we made in planning our wedding! I can't imagine doing it without her.
